What’s been happening:

Presently, I am an assistant professor at the Metropolitan University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is my twenty-first year working at UMET. I teach undergraduate English courses at the Department of Humanities and graduate education courses at the School of Education. In addition, I have a private practice as a certified mediator and arbitrator. My areas of practice are divorce, education, business, labor, health care, and insurance claims. Finally, I am also a certified lobbyist at Senate and House of Representatives of Puerto and a sports agent for professional volleyball players. In reference to my family, I am married to Viviam Pelayo and we live in San Juan with our dogs Tito, a ten year old Cuban mutt, and Cindy, a four month old English Springer Spaniel. My beautiful daughter Yanesse will be graduating from jr. high school this year.
